Can I return my jewelry?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our jewelry, but if you need to return an order, you have 14 days from receipt of the package *.

You are responsible for the return costs. To do this, please follow the following instructions:

1. Make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Send us an email at support@cocolunabali.com with the list of returned items and the reason (s) for the return.

3. We will send you the address where you need to send the return package to.

4. Go to the post office nearest to you to return the jewelry to us.

Several products cannot be returned/refunded:

* Gift cards

* Sale Items

* Discounted Items (Promotional Code)

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How and when will I be reimbursed?

In the event of a return, we guarantee full refund of any returned item using the same method of payment that was used when paying for the items. The refund is made after receipt of the parts.
